"I am new to Arizona and since I moved here I have been looking for a place where I could have my motorcycles serviced. My motorcycles are not used for day to day transportation so they are my prized toys. I take very good care of them and trying to find someone that I would trust to work on them has been very difficult.
I have been riding motorcycles for over forty years so I know a lot about motorcycle accessories and motorcycles in general. I know junk when I see it and have a good feeling when something is done right or wrong.
First of all I really like the idea of a dealership that only carries Honda products. I don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling going to a dealership that carries four or five different brands. I may be wrong but it would seem to me that it would be difficult to be an expert on all the models with four or five different models being offered. I, for one, want to deal with folks who know their product line and can tell me the ins and outs of the product. I also want people working on my bikes that have extensive experience with the bike that I am bringing them.
When I bought my 06 CRF250X I did not know about your store. If I had known, I would have purchased the motorcycle from you. I did however need some mods for this bike and guess what? You had them in stock at your store. I made the decision on what parts were best for my bike and you had them. How neat is that?
When I had some problems getting one of the mods installed you came to my rescue and got them on for me.
I recently needed a front tire for my Goldwing and I decided to give you a call and see how much you wanted for the tire and the install. The Parts person said that the tire was in stock and the Service person stated that they would install the tire on the same day if I wanted. I must say that I was shocked! I did not expect you to have the tire in stock and I certainly thought that I would have to make an appointment to get the install completed.
Two incidents with your dealership and both times I was treated nicely and the work and the charges were all great.
You may rest assured that you will have all of my business in the future.
What can I say? As far as I am concerned, at this moment, you are the standard by which all motorcycle dealers should be judged. Thank you for your commitment to your customers and you attention to detail. "

"I have purchased two new motocross bikes here in the last six months and I have been treated so well that I am not going to bother with shopping for the best deals again. I literally walked in the door and was on my way home with new bikes both times in less than an hour. My family and I race motocross locally and are pretty knowledgeable about bike prices, best deals in town everytime without having to play the car salesman "Let me talk to the manager" game. "Goodbye (Phx area dealership name withheld).... They charge shipping to get the part to there store when they are out of stock on a tire... I asked for the tire and they said "we don't stock that size and you would have to order it, it is by request only". I refuse to pay shipping for a $120 Dunlop tire they should stock. You guys did not have it but ordered it and it came in the next day. No shipping charge and $12 less than the other store.
While I was in I picked up my favorite brand of Honda Plastic cleaner for my windshield. I compared the price to a old can I had in the garage it was $1 less. May not seem like much but that is close to a 20% difference.
Almost makes me wish I had a Honda. But it is tough to give up my 86 Venture with 90,000 miles. Keep up the good work and thanks for coming to the west valley....

"Purchased a 2005 450r on April 6th. Coyote Honda had the best deal in all of Phoenix and Tucson. Sales Manager Pattric was truthful and not misleading in any way, unlike everyone at (Phx area dealership name withheld). Purchasing my bike and equipment took only one phone call and upon arrival at the dealership took under an hour to do paperwork and load up my new bike. I personaly recomend everyone purchase their bike(s) from Coyote Honda!!!
